At Busy Booty we don’t isolate the body and work every body part independently.

We treat the body as one cohesive unit and move everything! No two sessions are ever the same, there are many formats… and endless ways to move! We run the sessions from our private studio which has excellent indoor/outdoor flow allowing for a huge variety of exercises and we stay dry in bad weather!

Our 25mm foam flooring has fantastic shock absorption to look after your joints and is super comfy for ground based exercises.

If you can form a group of at least 6 people, we can start your very own Busy Booty sessions! There are 3 very different formats to choose from:

  • Functional movement and strength
  • HIIT cardio with fun games
  • Kickboxing skills and drills
